"We don't want to enslave your planet...we just want to plunder it!"  --Commander Atrox, Star Pirates

From a Far Distant World ... They Came...

Professor Patrick Optimus is summoned to the super-secret compound of the International Security Agency.  Commander Jennings of ISA tells Optimus that STRANGE THINGS are afoot somewhere in the midst of the mysterious Letalis Islands.

It is the work of a moment for Optimus to hook up with ace pilot Nick Barnes and head out for the Letalis Islands.  But Nick's jet plane spirals out of control, and they barely survive a crash landing...only to find...

Adventure...Action...Weirdness

Star Pirates is the latest in SuperSyncroMotiontm adventure from the people at ActionPuppetoid! productions. Set in a retro-futuristic alternate universe, Star Pirates echoes the classic SuperMarionation of Gerry Anderson.  You'll be reminded of Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet, but only superficially.  Star Pirates is both adventure and, quite frankly, eccentric high weirdness.  Densely written and influenced as much by Hunter Thompson and the Simpsons as by Supercar or Fireball XL-5, Star Pirates serves up a delightfully insideous parody of 60's vintage "futurism" and Big Science military-industrialism.  Oh, it sounds odd, and we here at ActionPuppetoid! are here to tell you: it is!  But, as they say in Pulp Fiction, you will dig it the most!
